Who Qualifies for this Service? |

Library Books-By-Mail service is available to all Polk
County rural box holders as well as to Polk County residents who find it
difficult to get to a public library.The collection's 20,000 books are
housed at the Polk County Library Federation in Balsam Lake. Books are
available through the mail and on a walk-in basis (but please call ahead,
